Try spending some alone time doing something that calms you down or just thinking. This always works for me when I'm angry. You could braid your hair, (more of a girl thing) write a song or poem, draw a picture, play an instrument, read a good book, anything, even if it's silly, ESPECIALLY if it's silly. Then when you're ready, go to the person that you're angry at (if it is a person), and tell them NICELY how you feel (nicely is key).  ...</description>
