Here is a little guide I made for anger managment.

Try spending some alone time doing something that calms you down or just thinking. This always works for me when I'm angry. You could braid your hair, (more of a girl thing) write a song or poem, draw a picture, play an instrument, read a good book, anything, even if it's silly, ESPECIALLY if it's silly. Then when you're ready, go to the person that you're angry at (if it is a person), and tell them NICELY how you feel (nicely is key). If they're still mad at you calmly leave and wait for them to come to you. Apologise (before you leave) if you need to, you probably do if they were mad at you too. If they still haven't forgiven you give them as long as you need to. If they haven't apologised and you think they should, don't force them, there is nothing sincere about that.
